Want
to make some changes to your health and fitness? Hey, we all know that’s got
something to do with exercise and that’s where most of us start to run…the
opposite way!! I’ll
show you how exercise can get you the RESULTS you want, be an ENJOYABLE experience
AND fit in with your LIFESTYLE. As a qualified personal trainer, I run my own mobile
personal and group fitness training business based in Greenhithe, servicing
surrounding Like you, I enjoy being
around positive people, doing activities I like and having a laugh with friends. I also know keeping fit and eating the right foods are good for me (and
you know this too!). Here’s what I do…. Personal Training Individual session of goal
setting, cardio and weight-training, hands on stretches and weekly
programming. You can have this all to yourself, or share a session with
your partner/friend. I also have a special program for groups of four or more people. Group Fitness Sessions are held at your place, local venues/parks, or even your
workplace. Circuits are
great….come join one of my public sessions and see for yourself or get a group of
your own together and invite me along! ;-)
I have sessions with swiss balls, fitness boxing, body strength
exercises, running (and skipping…). They
are all a mix of cardio, fat-burning
and muscle toning FUN. Generally groups are between 4 – 8 people, so
it’s ‘low-key’, local and friendly. Kids and babies in prams/ pushchairs welcome to sessions during the day - we're mainly mums too. Current public sessions are listed
below. These are held in Greenhithe or Albany*. Contact me about
locations and joining one of these groups, or get 4 or more
friends together and we can customise a session!
Flex Fitness group sessions
are grouped/paid for in blocks of five, with some sessions costing as little as $10. Concession cards also
available for casual attendees. So call me when you want to start making those

exercise increases your life expectancy? You’ll have more time! ;-) “I’ve given up – nothing seems to work” ….Sounds like you need
someone to give you some individual professional advice on what is going to
work for you. “I don’t like exercise, it’s too hard” ….Well you obviously
haven’t found something you enjoy doing, because we all like to do things that
are fun, right? My clients have way too much
fun to call it exercise! “I’ve got kids, so I can’t get out to exercise” ….Come on! Do something for yourself for once, Mum! Anyway, you can get GREAT results right there
in your home. And let me just say, I
have seen kids develop great health and fitness values when they see their mum
or dad exercising. …And if you do want
to venture out, I welcome kids at all my group sessions during the day, and
having kids of my own I am pretty good at entertaining them when they need a
distraction or two! “I find it intimidating exercising with other fitter looking people” ….Gyms have mirrors, that’s
why only 10% of the population belong....
Here we do low-key local activities with local people and you don’t have
to wear lycra ;-) Other
